Zombies Die Rise - What to do with Dragon Balls in Lion Claws? Easter Egg

The dragon balls in Die Rise are an essential part in the final Easter Egg. Once you've stepped on the gold symbols (in order) and shot the dragon balls down from the Dragons mouth, you get the chance to choose your Easter Egg path. Taking one action will lead you down the Maxis path and the other will take you on the Richtofen path.

Until now, the previous steps to the Easter Egg (links at end of post) have taken us down both Maxis and Richtofen paths - we haven't had to choose which one we wanted. Now that the dragon balls are in the lions paws we have to make a choice!

Easter Egg Choices

1. Richtofen EE - Shoot the balls with the Sliquifier until they spin

Leaving the balls in the lion claws and shooting them with the Sliquifier will please Richtofen. From his messages, we know that Richtofen is eager to avoid the energy source falling into the hands of Maxis.

When this part of the Easter Egg is complete you should hear Richtofen say:

argghhh…Maxis will no longer be able to get is filthy hands on those balls…Now the real fun can begin.

The sphere, it is the energy of the undead. We must find a way to make a blood sacrifice…muahaha

Tip: Once you start the balls spinning they won't stop, so you can't decide to change back to Richtofen's easter egg at this point.

Once this step is complete, head over to the Radio Tower for the sacrifice..

2. Maxis EE - Pick up the dragon balls

Once the balls are in the lions claws you can also pick them both up. Taking this action will please Maxis and continue his easter egg.

Now head over to the Buddha room (MC Esher) and kill 50/100 zombies to progress the Maxis Easter Egg further..
