Zombies Die Rise - How to Find the Shower Bank & Fridge Gun Store

A new update for Black Ops 2 (27th June) included a few surprises. The Ray Gun Mark 2 was one of them, but we also got a new fridge and bank on Die Rise. In this post, we'll show you how to find the fridge and the bank, and explain what they're both for.

How to find the fridge (gun store)

Both the gun store and the bank are easy to locate on Die Rise, you can make it to both in round 1. Follow these instructions..

1. Go down the lift



2. Head towards the end of the corridor

3. Jump across the gap onto the next building



4. The fridge is directly in front of you

How to find the bank (shower)

The bank (shower) is located just around the corner from the fridge.

1. Head through the only door next to the fridge



2. Turn 180 degrees

3. There are two shower cubicles on the wall



4. The first cubicle on the left is for deposits

5. The second cubicle is for withdrawals

How to store a gun

You can store only one gun in the fridge at any time. This gun cannot be your starting weapon (pistol). When you place your gun, it is taken from your inventory and replaced with the gun currently inside the fridge.

If it's the first time you're using the fridge then you're going to lose your gun rather than get a replacement because the fridge is empty.

The fridge is a great help when you're working through the higher rounds and need backup ammunition in cases of emergency. You can simply wait for max ammo, stash your gun away and go get another one.

How to put money in the bank and get it out

The bank (or shower) is only available when you have at least 1000 points because deposits must be made in multiples of 1000. Once you have made a deposit you can withdraw the money from the right hand shower in multiples of 1000.

What is the bank for?

All of the banks in zombies are connected to the final easter egg. We know there is a bank on Green Run (Tranzit), another on Die Rise thanks to the update. There is also a new bank on Buried which is part of DLC 3.

The bank on Tranzit is hidden in the Town, at the final bus stop. You must blow the door off the bank with a grenade to gain access. See our walkthrough for more details.
