Windows 7 has been out for several months now and more and more people are moving towards the superior operating system. Along with a new operating system comes a flood of new books, some good and some terrible.
The Windows 7 for Dummies book is always a popular choice for beginners but do we only want to cover the surface of Windows 7? If you're thinking about taking any of the Microsoft certification exams then you'll need to dig a lot deeper in order to pass them. You'll need to know about the security aspects of Windows 7, how to configure Internet Explorer 8 and even setting up user accounts and changing passwords.

A real beginner's book, not recommended for those taking the Microsoft certification exams. However, perfect for new Windows 7 users.
Windows 7 for Dummies Book and DVD Bundle
It's a real beginners book so only consider if you are new to Windows 7 and Windows in general. The DVD is a nice addition to the Dummies series with some great step by step guides to help you get used to the different features.
