Another top 10 collection for all you Minecraft lovers! This time we're looking at skins and some of the weird and wonderful creations that you've been coming up with. Thanks to the ease with which you can skin Minecraft, we've seen thousands of great skins to download.
Creating a skin is pretty easy thanks to the likes of
SkinEditand other Minecraft editors. However, there are literally thousands of skins to download online. By the look of things, TV characters, historical figures and just plain weirdoes are your favourites.
How to change a Minecraft skin?
Changing a skin is so easy it's a 5 minute job.If you play online, just login to your account and go to preferences. Upload your image and that's all there is to it. If you prefer to play offline, then you need to open your minecraft.jar file with your favourite editor (WinRAR or WinZip). Then just drag your new skin into the jar file, close the editor to save the jar.

Yes, it's the fictional character and superhero from Marvel Comics. Ironman was originally a billionaire playboy, but the genius engineer and industrialist suffers a heart injury leading him build his powered suit of armour. He now protects the world as Ironman!

9. The Joker (from Batman)
Another fictional character, he's the comic book supervillian who's always out to get Batman. The Joker is a twisted character who plays tricks on unsuspecting citizens. He is however, highly intelligent and loves to feed his sadistic sense of humour. He uses bladed cards, acid squirting flowers and even exploding cigars.

8. Beautiful Girl
Yup, it's the beautiful girl in at number 8. She's your typical brunette temptress and comes complete with long hair, minimal clothing and a slim line figure. Its definitely one for the girls this one, and it's a pretty good skin come to mention it.

7. Transformers - Optimus Prime
The fictional character from Transformers, he's the leader of the autobots (the good guys). He battles against the evil decepticons and is considered the heroic, brave and wise character from the series. In Transformers he transforms into a red cab over truck. This skin shows Optimus Prime complete with his telltale blue head, red body and blue legs. A great skin!

An authentic looking pirate complete with beard, outfit and a smug look on his face. This guy is going to enjoy riding the high seas of Minecraft and exploring those caves for gold! Where there is sea there be pirates!

He had to be in the list somewhere right?! This skin shows Batman in his classic outfit with the Batman symbol in bright yellow on his chest. He's got the black mask on, tight trousers and I think we'll stop there..

Its old Homer himself. The fictional character from The Simpsons cartoon programme. Its not a perfect skin by any means, but still a good representation of the famous yellow man. If you want to use this skin, just make sure you've got lots of donuts in stock.

3. Star Wars Storm Trooper
The Imperial Stormtroopers are the fictional soldiers from the immensely popular Star Wars universe. This skin shows the Stormtooper in the distinctive white battle amor which was so popular among Star Wars fans. Stormtroopers are the bad guys in Star Wars and they serve the Emperor Palpatine.

Michael Jackson was such an iconic figure and musical genius that there couldn't be a Minecraft collection without him. This skin shows Michael in his later stages of life, complete with his altered face makeup, strange lips and the classic moonwalker outfit. 1. The Terminator
You can't beat a bit of Arnie now and again, and like he says he'll be back. Indeed he is, but we doubt he'd have expected to be a Minecraft skin. Jokes apart, this is a great little skin with some great details of the half cyborg and half human shell that made The Terminator look so good. Its our number one!
