How to create Minecart with Mob Spawner and Minecart with TNT - Minecraft 1.5

Although unannounced on the Mojang website, 13w02a (Minecraft 1.5) included new TNT Minecarts. The Mob Spawner Minecarts will be introduced in 13w03a. We'll show you have to craft these new Minecarts and explain what they do.

How to make a Minecart with TNT

Just combine TNT with a Minecart using the crafting table as follows:



The TNT Minecart explodes when it reaches the end of the track. There's no need to ignite the TNT manually.

How to make a Minecart with Mob Spawner

Although not included when 13w02a was released, the Minecart with Mob Spawner (monster spawner) is created by combining your regular Minecart with a Mob Spawner. Tip: You can't craft a Mob Spawner so use the /give command to grab one.

/give playername 52
