Zombies Shadows of Evil - How to Get Elemental Swords

Although the Elemental Sword image was leaked from Black Ops 3, no one has been able to reproduce the steps to acquire it...until now that is. In this tutorial I'll show you exactly how to get the Elemental Swords in Shadows of Evil and become the envy of all the zombie community.

Note: Please bear with the leaked potato images until they're update with HD ones.

Step 1 - Rituals

First up, is the Rituals.

Hopefully you've seen my other post about finding the Pack a Punch machine? If you haven't then check out the link below which contains step by step instructions for unlocking the PaP in Shadows of Evil.

The key part to this process is making sure that you complete each of the Rituals on the map. Each ritual requires a special item (Cops Badge, Championship Belt etc.) which you'll find scattered around the map. These sacrificial items must be taken to the designated ritual locations and used to start and complete a ritual. Each ritual drops a Gateworm and each Gateworm helps to power the "beams" to Pack a Punch.

Step 2 - Red Symbols on Locked Door

Now that the Rituals are complete you can move onto step 2 - cracking the red cipher codes on the door. This locked door is located just inside the Rift (the area you go to from the canal and just before you enter the PaP room):



The locked door has a series of red symbols on the outside that look very confusing and completely obscure. You have to find the exact combination in order to open the door and claim the Elemental Sword.

Before you go off to Google and start researching these symbols please keep reading. The combination is not some elaborate code that ties into the 115 story or anything like that. The sequence is also random per game so you won't be able to share the correct sequence with anyone else.

Instead, follow these instructions carefully...

Go to the train station and pay the 500 points to travel from one location to another. There are 3 choices I believe and you'll need to repeat this process for each of the locations. Now the important part here is to watch very carefully while the train is moving and spot any openings in the buildings and red symbols therein. The image below shows one of the symbols as seen from the train:



Each time you spot a symbol, take note of it because it's one of the combinations for the locked door. Repeat this process for each of the train stops and you should have spotted 3 red symbols.

Now head back to the locked door (with the red symbols) and go into Beast mode (i..e become the tentacle monster). Use the electric attack to hit each of the symbols you just discovered. Hopefully after hitting all three, the locked door will open, exposing the sphere for you to pick up.

Step 3 - Powering the Statues

This step will probably remind you of the G-Strike (Tactical Monkey Bombs) or the Staff upgrade process in Origins.

After opening the red symbol door, collect the Sphere and insert it into one of the octopus statues (located around the map). Now kill zombies in close proximity to power the statue. Repeat for each octopus statue.

Once all of the statues have been fully charged you can return to the red symbol door to claim the sword.

Sword Usage

So far, the leaks suggest that the Fire sword has two primary attacks:

• Slash - your classic melee slash attack to wipe out zombies.
• Unleash the Archon Sword - this deploys the sword so that it follows you around and protects you.
